The Missing Spark
| | | | We find that when most people think about getting better results in their professional or personal life, they tend to assume that it will be achieved by increasing their skills and/or knowledge. So most of us look for training courses that promise to give us the missing information. Yet even after attending training courses there often seems to be something missing - a "spark" that inspires the enthusiasm, teamwork and the success we want. We find that if you want to achieve extraordinary success you also need to change behavior - your behavior and the behavior of those around you. Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In our experience the way toward true success and sustained excellence includes not only skills and knowledge, but three other essential ingredients. Positive Attitudes, which lead to good Habits and desired Behaviors, Clearly articulated goals that give those around you a clear vision of what you are trying to achieve and, Alignment of your personal and organizational goals.

We are here to help you create the holes you need, where you want them, in the size you want them, so you can use the holes for their intended result.
