	Biographical Information
		Jeff Young is a business coach and consultant helping people achieve the increased individual and organizational results they are looking for. He brings over 30 years of experience applying his blended skills in organizational development, executive coaching, business process design, education, collaborative innovation skills, and computer technology at many firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, New Hampshire, and Hawaii. During his career, Jeff has assisted large and small companies develop the flexible and innovative organizations they need to succeed in the 21st century; led organization and process redesign efforts for several high-tech firms in California; coached senior managers in a new style of management required for tomorrow's success; authored five educational software learning experiences in Boston and taught collaborative innovation skills to K-12 school children. Jeff holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University. He is a graduate of an ICF Certified Coaching Program at New Ventures West. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Boston State College.
