Individual Development Coaching

   

Individual Leadership Coaching:  Over a period of 3-6 months, I meet with you for an hour or so weekly to review the specific developmental areas we are working on in the context of your daily activities.  This allows real-time learning that is relevant and timely, giving you the applied learning you need in the moment.  After an initial assessment, I will prepare a proposal that will outline the outcomes you desire and how we will achieve those outcomes together.

Leadership Circles:  For those who learn better in groups, we offer leadership coaching circles.  These are meetings, held either in person or over the phone, consisting of 4-10 leaders held one evening per month where leaders come together to learn about leadership from each other and from a trained facilitator.
